The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and impeccable professionalism—our bags were whisked away, and we were checked in with a refreshing drink in hand. The room was a haven of modern luxury—spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with a breathtaking view from the private balcony. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom featured spa-quality amenities and a rainfall shower I never wanted to leave. Every amenity exceeded expectations. The rooftop infinity pool offered stunning city views, the on-site spa delivered one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and the fine dining restaurant was simply world-class—each dish a masterpiece. Even the gym was impressive, fully equipped and spotless. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every person we encountered went out of their way to ensure we felt pampered, remembered our names, and offered thoughtful touches that made the experience feel personal and memorable. This hotel isn't just a place to stay—it’s a destination in itself. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and already planning our return. I can only tell you that, You get what you pay for when it comes to this hotel. Yes location is great, the staff are outstanding. Just don't expect anything else. It's at minimal a one star for cleanliness in and outside of the rooms. The homeless are all over the place because of the owner being to cheap to hire security or a maintenance person to take care of the place. Other than that. It's a great little place.

Y'all made our 3 night stay wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful with our needs. Made us feel right at home. My service Dog loved the cookies. Thanks for being so nice. Will see you in at the end of Jan.

Not a bad place.. Close to Alimitos Beach and Across the street from Vons..

Excellent everything - great location. This Inn should have a 5 star rating. Felt like a hotel and the staff (lady in the front office) was great, easy to communicate with, and the rooms are SO CLEAN!! Having a mini fridge, a microwave, and being able to control the temperature in the room was also a plus. I don't want to forget to mention that my dogs were very calm during my stay here. I enjoyed being able to walk them around town too. Thank you, Inn of Long Beach!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room was clean, sheets and towels were clean and fresh, bathroom was clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. The wall unit AC worked great. No bugs of any kind anywhere! We had a fridge and a microwave. No coffee maker, but there's a Starbucks in the Von's across the street. The place was quiet too, considering it's on a pretty big intersection and across from an outside bar. Yes, the exterior looks terrible but don't let that fool you. It's a decent place for a few nights' stay.

Room was very clean and had all the eminities . Affordable and easy to get to. The pool looked great. I would definitely stay there again. Just know the only negative is it's loud noise from people talking outside.
